Christmas tags

I bought a box of manilla tags last year as they make great gift tags. These were so easy to make...applied distress ink to the edges of the tag...sprayed with cosmic shimmer mist and allowed to dry overnight....stamped with a snowflake stamp. I made these with rich gold shimmer mist and then stamped the snowflakes in brown ink.....they also look good if you spray with silver shimmer mist and stamp the snowflakes in black.

Ingredients used:
Manilla tags.
Cosmic shimmer mist - rich gold.
Tim Holtz distress ink - vintage photo.
Papermania stamp duos - snowfall & snowflake decorations (I think these have both been retired).

I made a few more Christmas cards recently....decided that mini was the way to go. I have used 3x3 and 4x4 cards. Meow!

I love cats! I miss having a cat! This is the first time since I was 5 that I have had not had a cat...even when I lived in Spain we had all the abandoned kitties to look after. If I don't have a cat the next best thing I could think of was to raise money for my local cats protection...so the other week I started making cards for them to sell.
I love this Mo Manning digital stamp and thought it would make some love charity cards....I'm also going to enter these cards in the Mo's challenge blog

I'm quite pleased how well this picture came out...the weather outside is horrible and grey but my card still looks bright (sorry starting to sound like a washing powder advert).

Paris

To celebrate 10 years of marriage hubby took me to Paris for 3 nights. I came back with this love of everything about Paris....so the only thing to do was buy some new stamps so I could make a card...any excuse to spend money on crafty stuff.

Ingredients used :
Spellbinder Nestabilities large & small squares.
Pink Petticoat papers
Papermania stamp
Misc sticky gems

It's a digital takeover..

I've not long been using digi downloads but now find myself addicted to everything digi. This is my first card where the papers, image and sentiments are all downloads. I have always avoided the digi side of crafting thinking that it would use too much ink...so far, so good and not a lot of ink used. This card idea is from Pink Petticoat "Quirky Qwerty" I saw the card and loved it....so made my own versions (very, very similiar but not quite the same) I always like to give credit when it's not my idea.

Ingredients used :
Spellbinder Nestabilities large & small squares.
Nellie Snellen multi frame die.
Pink Petticoat image, papers & sentiments.
